About the author:

Growing up on the island of Barbados, Lisa (she/her) has always loved books and storytelling. Bring on the adventure, the spooky and mysterious—she loves creating worlds readers can get lost in. When not writing, she's probably reading or dreaming about the beach. She currently lives in New York City with her family.
